A 23-YEAR-OLD Swansea graduate was killed in a road traffic incident at the weekend.
Josh Hobbins, a mechanical engineering graduate from Bridgend died after his car left the M4 between J36 and J37 at 8.15pm on saturday evening.
In a statement through South Wales Police, Parents Paul Hobbins, Janet & Andrew James and siblings Sophie Darian James paid tribute to Josh and will be ‘ever in our hearts’:
“Our son was a wonderful, wonderful son, brother, person and all round nice guy.
“His life was all mapped for him, a masters degree in mechanical engineering with a job which he loved, friends who he loved and they loved him too.
“It’s all been taken away from him by a cruel, tragic accident, lost forever but ever in our hearts and minds.”
Josh worked for the recently closed down Oceana nightclub in town and many tributes were posted on social media networks.
Previous housemate Ryan Easterbook posted: “Just heard the news today. This really gutting news. One of the nicest guys I met at Uni. I was lucky to have shared a house with you. R.I.P”
Popular bar Noahs Yard in Uplands also changed their magnetic lettered sign to ‘Josh Hobbins RIP’.
South Wales Police have appealed for information about the accident, which involved one vehicle, a silver Toyota Avensis.
Witnesses are asked to call police on 101 quoting reference number 1400292619 or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 if they witnessed the crash or know what might have happened.
