Student Newspaper for Swansea University

Having celebrated its 10 year anniversary in May 2006, Waterfront is looking forward to another successful decade. After taking over from Bad Press in 1996, Swansea's student newspaper has had many notable figures pass through its doors. Among those illustrious names are BBC Wales' Ian Hamer and Cathryn Scott, editor of the Western Mail's women's magazine.

Recently departed editor Rachel Howells is now the editor of the Big Issue Cymru and South West.

Rachel's predecessor, Dave Cornthwaite, is bidding to put his name in the Guinness Book of Records by longboarding across Australia. We'll be tracking his progress in Waterfront issues thoughout the attempt.
