Students say ‘non’ to the VC's proposed MFL Cuts

Students of Swansea University gather outside Singleton Abbey in alliance against what Sarah Woodvine - current General Secretary to the Exec Officers and French Society President - called “savage cuts”, and leave with the answer of no to redundancies.

THURSDAY 17th of March saw Italy celebrated its 150th anniversary of its unification and was celebrated by a joint event held by both the Italian Society and the History Society.

THURSDAY 17th of March saw Italy celebrated its 150th anniversary of its unification and was celebrated by a joint event held by both the Italian Society and the History Society.

The event was celebrated with a talk from Dr Jonathon Dunnage on the Risorgimento and was described by Chris Bovis, of the History Society, "as spelling out the events leading up to the unification and its significance in modern society".
