MIXED EMOTIONS FOR ROWING CLUB IN BRISTOL

THE HEAD race season got under way ‘proper’ last weekend for Swansea at the annual University of Bristol Head Race. Meeting outside Fulton House at the ungodly time of 5:45am on a Saturday, Swansea University Rowing Club braced itself for a day’s racing in the freezing cold.

SAILING TEAM IN FIRST VICTORY OF SEASON

ON A COLD weekend in November Swansea’s 1st and 2nd sailing team made the long drive up to Birmingham. With 16 different University’s competing and 21 teams, including top teams such as Birmingham, Nottingham, Exeter, Warwick, Cardiff and Bristol, the weekend was sure to bring good competition.
