FOR THE eighty something Snowriders involved, the Christmas trip to Tignes kicked off on the 31st of December down Wind Street to celebrate New Year’s Eve. 

The next day on the coach leaving Swansea we were all pretty hungover but like mummy’s little soldiers we powered through and begun the frolicking, pyjama party style.  One Ella Desmond-Williams getting particularly animated after a bottle of Kick with the obligatory measures of complimentary spirits.  It wasn’t long before the marker pen got broken out for some pretty inappropriate facial doodling on the ferry.  The marker pen being a crucial and recurring feature in the life of a Snowrider.  And so we made our way to Tignes!

Heated discussions erupted just after New Year when Swansea Student Events (SSE) took the decision to controversially call their Valentine’s day event ‘F*** me, I’m Horny’, with the tag line ‘I Love Being Single’.

REDEVELOPEMT at the front of Fulton House has started and is likely to continue into the New Year according to University sources.

REDEVELOPEMT at the front of Fulton House has started and is likely to continue into the New Year according to University sources.

The refurbishment is the last link in the Mall restoration project that has been under development for the last two years.

Its understood the steps in front of the bus stop will remain in place, but the step directly in front of the automatic doors entrance will be removed.
