New careers centre? Good move!

If you were too lazy (sorry, busy!) to visit Careers when they were out in the sticks in the Margam Building then you'll be pleased to know that you no longer need to make excuses.
Careers has moved into the Library. Not just into the library but into the middle of the Library - Entrance Level in the old Catalogue Hall. There's a smart new online booking system for appointments, late night opening on a Tuesday and an email service for advice and guidance if the trek from Taliesin really does prove too much!
The careers centre is the place to come and have a chat if you simply haven't a clue what to do after you graduate as well as to discuss all those ideas and plans that you do have no matter how far fetched.
Whether you want to be an accountant or a TV presenter or even a spy there are advisers to help.
The Jobshop at Careers offers part time work during term as well as vacation work, summer placements and work tasters which will add hugely to your CV and show evidence of work experience to potential employers.
