YourMovie from Myspace

In one of the most outlandish moves internet online community and general home to posing, friend requesters, MySpace is to create a motion picture, reports the BBC Website. At the moment the Fox-owned tycoon of online communication is running a competition to find a director for the piece and, if that wasn't gravy enough, a solid million pound cash prize will also be pocketed by the potential Peter Jackson.

Under the project name of 'MyMovie MashUp', the script can be contributed to by any MySpace user and auditions will also be a possibility when casting begins.

MySpace, in association with Film4 and Vertigo Films, hope to have it out in cinema, as well as simultaneously being on MySpace and Film4, by summer 2008. So get networking and you could be a couple clicks away from stardom.
