Waterfront Debate: The National Assembly for Wales

In this fortnights Waterfront debate we discuss if the National Assembly for Wales is needed, and if things can every really be changed from the Senedd building. As per usual we have two contrasting views on the subject, this time with Nia Williams, and Nia Probert.
