Viva Pinata
Game Review: Viva Pinata
26th February 2007
Format: Xbox 360
Studio: Microsoft
Certainly a game with a bright and colourful graphical style, but don't let this allow you to mistake it for a kid's game. You quickly find a game that is entertaining for everyone, as long as you don't mind your games being a little more unusual.
You find yourself creating a garden fit to entice a variety of different, and flamboyantly named, piñatas. This can be curious as you grow various plants, or structures to satisfy the whims of these sometimes bizarre creatures.
Progressing though the game, it's gradually obvious that the game is not as simple as it first seems, as you start to move on to trying to breed the different piñatas.
All in all if you are a fan of The Sims style of games then this game would likely appeal, but for others there are other games on which your money could be better spent.
