Cadbury world

29th January 2007

The International Officer has arranged a trip to Cadbury World in Bournville in the West Midlands followed by shopping at the world famous Bull-Ring shopping centre in Birmingham on February 18, leaving at 8:30 m.

It is the first time that the Students' Union has visited Cadbury World, has been arranged as a way to introduce International students to a quintessentially British chocolate, Cadbury. Cadbury - one of Britain's most iconic brands has its own international flavour, with over 40,000 trading partners from around the world.

This trip will allow international students to see a part of the country which most international students do not visit and promises to be "an awesome day out" according to Kylie Bartelli, International Officer, Students' Union. Whilst the trip is predominantly aimed at international students, it is open to all - with tickets on sale from the Ents Office for £15.
