Waterfront Debate: Protecting the Environment

In this fortnights Waterfront debate we tackle the trick issue of who should be responsible for protecting the environment. As per usual we have two contrasting views on the subject, trying to drum up some insights into the issues, and this week it is Dan Budden, and Tim Sculthorpe.
