One student's shocking story has exposed serious gaps in drink-spiking procedures followed by bar-staff, hospitals and the police in Swansea, an exclusive Waterfront investigation has revealed. It has emerged that the systems in place to deal with possible victims are failing, with many cases being put down to excessive drinking without tests being carried out.
