NATIONAL STUDENT SURVEY LAUNCH
The 2011 National Student Survey (NSS) was launched at Swansea University on Monday 7th February. The NSS is an annual survey of final year undergraduates across the UK which provides data on the student learning experience at UK Universities for prospective students.
Each year the results are considered by Swansea University, in partnership with the Students’ Union. Based on last year’s NSS results, Swansea University has implemented a number of changes, including the enhancement of IT facilities in the Library and the implementation of feedback on examinations for all students.
Swansea University’s current Education Officer has said that the changes being implemented by the university are a perfect example of the University and the students working together.
Furthermore, with the promised rise in tuition fees, students will be providing the main part of funding for universities across the UK. Therefore their say is now worth even more.
In order for the university to contribute to the NSS 50% of final year undergraduates at Swansea University need to complete the survey. However Swansea University Student Union is hoping to get 70% of students to complete the survey.
The Education Officer has said that in order to get the desired 70% result “the Students Union is going to do what we do best. Go and talk to as many students as possible.”

The main idea of online shopping is not just in having a good looking website that could be listed in a lot of search engines or the art behind the site. It also is not only just about disseminating information, because it is also about building relationships and making money. Mostly, 70-583 / 70-595 / 70-599 / 70-620 / 70-621 / 70-622 / 70-630 / 70-632 organizations try to adopt techniques of online shopping without understanding these techniques and/or without a sound business model. Rather than supporting the organization's culture and brand name, the website should satisfy consumer's expectations.
