Throughout history, many great villains have struck a chord with film viewers. Whether you’re thinking about crooked witches, animal hating fashionistas, hoarse voiced Siths, or grinning clowns with a penchant for explosives. Science gives an explanation for our fascination for all these marginalised heroes of entertainment.
